Missing Toolkit: Estimates

End User License Agreement

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Missing Toolkit: Estimates ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Missing Toolkit: Estimates application and related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Account and Access

  • You must create an account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain with us. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data").
  • You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We will not sell Your Data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate this Agreement by closing your account at any time.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
